1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before the order is processed or while it is in the "Order Placed" phase or "Order Processing" phase. Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. Order Cancelation Process: If the order is canceled during the "Order Placed" or "Order Processing" phases, the refund will be processed as per the payment method used at the time of order. Cash on Delivery (COD): If your order was placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), and you cancel the order, the cancellation will be processed without any further action needed from your side.
2. Return Policy
Return Eligibility: Returnable products must be returned within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery. The return period varies based on the product type and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Non-Returnable Products: Some products may not be eligible for return. Products where the return period has expired or where the return policy is not applicable will be considered non-returnable. Return Process: If the product is returnable, and it is the only product in the order, you can initiate a return request within the specified return period. If the return request is approved, our agent will come to pick up the product from your location. The product must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged for a return to be processed. If the product is damaged or used, the return will not be accepted. Return Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs will be borne by the company only if the product is damaged, defective, or there is a mistake in the order. For other return cases, you may be asked to bear the return shipping cost.
3. Refund Policy
Refund for Canceled Orders: If an order is canceled during the "Order Placed" or "Order Processing" phase, you will receive a refund as per the payment method used: For Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is needed as no payment was made. Refund for Returned Products: If your product is returned successfully within the return window and in the right condition, you will receive your refund. Refund to Bank Account (COD): For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 7-10 working days from the date the product is received back at our warehouse. Refund Timeline: Once the returned product reaches the warehouse and is confirmed as undamaged and in returnable condition, the refund will be processed. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
4. Product Pickup and Inspection
Product Pickup: For eligible returns, our agent will schedule a pickup from your location. Inspection: The product will be inspected at the time of pickup to ensure it is in original, unused, and undamaged condition. If the product is damaged or shows signs of usage, the return request will be denied.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Products that fall under the following categories are non-returnable unless defective or damaged during delivery: - Perishable goods - Customized or personalized products - Products where the return window has expired
6. Special Conditions
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it to us immediately, within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, based on the condition of the product. Warranty: If your product comes with a warranty, you are eligible for returns within the warranty period if the product is defective.
