  • You accept and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the data entered, processed, stored, and saved through our platform while engaging our services. You are also responsible for ensuring the protection and secrecy of the phone number used for registration and verification, as well as any OTPs (One-Time Passwords) you receive during the verification process.

Permissions Requested

We request the following permissions to enhance your experience on our Platform. You can enable or disable any of these permissions at any time from your device's app settings:

  • Location: For autofilling your address using GPS. If denied, you can manually enter it.
  • Microphone: For voice-based product searches. If denied, enable via settings.
  • Camera/Gallery: For uploading profile pictures. If denied, enable via settings.
  • Notifications: For updates on orders, demos, and product inquiries. You can opt out anytime.
  • Internet/Network Access: To check network status and ensure proper app functionality.

Data Storage

We store your PII and other information shared with us on our servers and servers of other companies that we hire to provide this service to us; however, they shall be bound by the confidentiality agreements executed with us.

Use of Data Collected

We collect only the information necessary to enable you to use our platform. This data is used for the following purposes:

You are free to submit reviews or feedback about the usage of our products/services on our platform, and also on third-party applications, where you may include images, comments, or other content. When such feedback is shared on our platform or sent to us directly (via third-party applications), you grant us consent to use it not only as part of our internal quality record but also for our advertising and marketing purposes. However, we have no control over the images, comments, or feedback you post on third-party applications, and you shall be solely responsible for any content you share on those platforms.
  12. Should we plan to merge ourselves or our assets with or be amalgamated with, or be acquired by any other business entity as a part of any business re organisation or amalgamation or re-structuring plan, then your Pll shared by us will be shared with such other business entity.

Duration of Retention

We only retain the information collected from you for as long as necessary to provide you with the requested service or as required by law. However, we may retain data related to you if we believe it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or if required for other legitimate purposes. We may continue to retain your data in anonymized form for analytical, research, or compliance purposes for as long as necessary.

Your Rights as Regards Your Information

  • You are informed that you are free to refuse our request to collect and/or store your personal information and other such information as may be sought by us, with the understanding that we will not be able to provide you with your desired services.

    Once you open 'Request Account DeYou are letion or Delete Account or ', enter your phone number and the reason for deleting your account.
    Click 'Send OTP', verify the OTP, and your account will be deleted.
  • You have the right to seek from us, a copy of your Pll and other information that we collect and store from time to time. Such information can be readily viewed by you in the "Profile" section on our Platform.
  • As mentioned above, you have the right to deny consent for some of our specific services such as receiving notifications about any special offers, additional or new features pertaining to Our Platform/ products/services as and when we roll them out.
  • You have the right to deny consent to use, by us, of your name to promote ourselves and advertise about our Platform, to demonstrate how our services are being used, and also to prepare statistics and a record about users of our Platform.

Reservations

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. The latest version of this Privacy Policy, along with the date of the last update, will always be available on our platform. Our platform and services are intended solely for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
